Once set up, we will provide training of the processes for 1 member of staff and supply the associated material to help them train their colleagues.
Our comprehensive training for your staff will guide them through the processes to manage your new system so you can quickly start your new system.
We will remain on-hand to provide remote support to ensure you are quickly up and running. (Onsite support can be provided at an additional cost.)
If you are looking for help to get you on the right path to digital transformation but would like to do it all yourself our Standard Plan is ideal.
We will initially conduct an interview with you to understand your current landscape and pain points to understand your objectives and vision.
We’ll take the information away, then provide you with a document containing our recommendation on how to move forward with an estimate of costs.
There is no further commitment. However, if you subsequently decide to purchase one of our other packages, we will refund the cost of this package.
When you purchase our Premium Plan set up option and licences, we will conduct an information gathering session at your premises.
Following our comprehensive review we will then work independently off-site to arrange and set everything up for you within a mutually agreed timescale.
Once you are set up, you may then purchase our training where we will come to your premises and provide training of the processes to your staff.
Following training, we provide remote support so you are gaining the maximum from your new solution. (On-site support may be provided at an additional cost.)
